一、錄取名單公告後，本校將通知錄取學生，並寄發入學許可書以及就讀意願調查表，請於115年5月15日前回復至國際暨兩岸事務中心公務信箱 emoiss@gm.tut.edu.tw。

二、錄取生務必攜帶最高學歷畢業證書正本及影本（請先經我政府駐外館驗證或僑務主管機關指定單位核驗）各1份至註冊組辦理註冊。

1. After the admission list is announced, the University will notify admitted students and send the Admission Letter and the Enrollment Intention Form. Please complete and return the form to the official email of the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs ([emoiss@gm.tut.edu.tw](mailto:emoiss@gm.tut.edu.tw)) by May 15, 2026.

2. Admitted students must bring the original and one photocopy of their highest-level diploma to the Registration Section for enrollment. The diploma must be authenticated in advance by an overseas mission of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or verified by an institution designated by the competent authority for overseas Chinese affairs.
